Azusa Party Bus Rentals
Azusa sits at the mouth of the San Gabriel Canyon, right where the 210 Freeway cuts through the eastern San Gabriel Valley — and moving a group through this corridor without a plan means dealing with interchange backups, limited event parking, and the classic "meet you there" chaos that never quite works. Pomonapartybuscompany.com makes it easy to skip all of that. Fill out one quick form and compare vehicles and rates from bus companies serving Azusa in seconds — no account needed, no obligation. Call 840-837-1590 any time to get started!
Compare Party Buses in Azusa in One Search
Pomonapartybuscompany.com is a bus comparison and quote-request website — not a bus company, and not a motor carrier. It doesn't operate vehicles or take reservations. What it does is make it genuinely easy to find and compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans serving Azusa and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley without spending an afternoon on hold with different companies.
Here's the deal: instead of calling company after company, describing your group size and pickup address over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite give you a straight number — you fill out one quick form and get pricing from a large network of bus companies serving this area in seconds. Not minutes. Seconds.
No account required. Free quote, any time, any day.
And if you'd rather just talk to someone, a support team is available at 840-837-1590 every day of the year to walk through your options, match a vehicle to your headcount and itinerary, and get you a number fast. That's the whole point — finding transportation for your group in Azusa should be this easy.

Find the Azusa Bus Amenities You Want
Different trips call for different setups. A night out in Pasadena or downtown LA calls for a 15- to 50-passenger party bus with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system that runs from Azusa to wherever the night takes you. A corporate shuttle between an Azusa Pacific University event and a downtown conference hotel fits better in a minibus — plush reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage without the party-bus footprint.
For larger groups heading to the Fairplex in Pomona or a stadium event at SoFi, a full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so nobody's asking for a pit stop on the 210. Amenities vary by vehicle and company — compare side by side using the online quote tool or call 840-837-1590 to talk through what your trip actually needs.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 840-837-1590 before booking.
Azusa Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Azusa party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how long you need the bus, and how far out you're booking. To give you a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends.
A 30-passenger party bus lands in the $325–$425/hour range on weekends. Full-size charter buses generally run $200–$350/hour or $1,350–$2,850/day regardless of day. Minibuses come in at $200–$275/hour on weekdays.
Those are planning ranges — a pricing estimate for your specific date, group, and itinerary comes from the quote form or a quick call. You could have a quote in under a minute. Check out the party bus prices page for more detail, or call 840-837-1590 right now.

A Better Way to Rent a Party Bus in Azusa
Booking group transportation in Azusa used to mean picking one company, hoping they had the right vehicle, and finding out on the day of the event that "comfortable" meant different things to different people. Pomonapartybuscompany.com changes that entirely — because it's not a single fleet. It's a comparison tool pulling from a large network of bus companies serving the San Gabriel Valley, which means you see multiple vehicle types, multiple price points, and multiple options side by side before committing to anything.
That also means you're never stuck. If you need a single Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup in Azusa and two 56-passenger charter buses for a corporate group heading into LA on the same day, the network can handle both in one search. There's no "we only have one bus left" situation.
The quote is free. No account needed. The form takes about a minute to fill out, and pricing comes back fast — or call 840-837-1590 any time, 365 days a year, and a support team will build a custom quote around your exact headcount, date, and destination.
It really is that simple. Check out the About page for more on how the site works.
Azusa Party Bus Rentals for Your Occasion
Whatever's bringing your group together in Azusa — a Fairplex trade show, a Dodger Stadium run, a quinceañera, prom night, or a wine trail crawl through the Temecula Valley — there's a vehicle in the network sized and equipped for it. Explore the full Azusa service menu or call 840-837-1590 to talk through your event.

Azusa Airport Shuttles & Transportation
The two most common airport runs out of Azusa are Ontario International Airport (ONT) — roughly 20 miles east on the 10 Freeway — and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which sits about 35–40 miles west depending on the 210/605/105 interchange traffic on any given day. LAX group pickups use the LAX-it rideshare and taxi lot on the west side of the airport; coordinating a dozen people through that process in separate cars or rideshares after a long flight is genuinely miserable. A charter bus or minibus staging nearby and moving the full group in one shot is the cleaner answer.
For Ontario, ONT group shuttle logistics are simpler — the airport is compact and commercial vehicle pickups are more straightforward — but traffic on the 10 West back toward Azusa during evening rush can still add 20–30 minutes to the return trip. Book the Azusa airport transportation early, especially for holiday travel windows. Call 840-837-1590 to set up your airport transfer.

Azusa Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A night that starts in Azusa and ends somewhere on the Sunset Strip — or in Old Pasadena, or in the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego — needs one thing above everything else: nobody has to drive. The Azusa bachelor and bachelorette party bus circuit most groups run includes a dinner stop in Pasadena's Old Town, then west into Hollywood or DTLA for the late portion of the night, with a return pickup confirmed in advance so the last call crowd isn't fighting for rideshares at 2 a.m.
A 20- to 30-passenger party bus fits most bachelor and bachelorette groups coming out of Azusa, with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating so the celebration starts before the first venue. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375/hour — split across 20+ guests, that math works out fast. Call 840-837-1590 to check availability for your date.

Azusa Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The San Gabriel Valley has one of the highest concentrations of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in Southern California, and Azusa families know how to make an entrance. A party bus arrival at the reception hall — whether that's a venue in Covina, a banquet hall in Baldwin Park, or a Pomona event space near the Fairplex — turns the ride itself into part of the memory. A 20- to 40-passenger Azusa birthday party bus with LED lighting and a sound system is the standard pick for this type of event.
For adult milestone birthdays — a group headed to a rooftop bar in Pasadena or a dinner reservation in downtown LA — a 14-passenger Sprinter limo at $225–$350/hour on weekends is a clean fit for smaller inner-circle groups. Either way, availability on Saturday nights fills fast. Call 840-837-1590 or use the quote tool to check what's open for your date.

Azusa Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues your group will actually want to reach from Azusa — Crypto.com Arena in downtown LA, the Hollywood Bowl up the 134, or the Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium complex in Inglewood — involve either downtown parking garage pricing north of $40 or a post-show rideshare queue that stretches long after the encore ends. The 210 to the 134 West corridor into LA can back up two hours before a sold-out Hollywood Bowl night, and there's no shortcut that saves everyone equally if the group is coming from different parts of Azusa.
A Azusa concert bus rental solves the whole chain: one pickup from your address, drop-off at the venue entrance, and a confirmed pickup window after the show so nobody's hunting for a ride in the dark. For stadium shows at SoFi with 70,000-person crowds, that post-show pickup plan alone is worth booking. Call 840-837-1590 to lock in a concert run.

Azusa Corporate Event Transportation
Azusa Pacific University hosts conferences and continuing education events that draw regional attendees who aren't familiar with the 210 interchange, and the Fairplex in neighboring Pomona runs trade shows and expos year-round that pull large corporate groups from across the San Gabriel Valley. If your company has employees or clients driving separately to either venue, you're looking at scattered arrival times, the parking arithmetic of a 1,500-acre fairground, and the coordination overhead of tracking who hasn't shown up yet.
A 15–35 passenger minibus or a full charter bus picks everyone up from one staging point in Azusa and drops the group at the correct entrance — whether that's the Fairplex's Gate 17 off McKinley Avenue or the APU conference center. No parking cost per car, no late stragglers, and everyone's in the same room when the meeting starts. Explore Azusa corporate event transportation or call 840-837-1590 for group rates.

Azusa Private Event Transportation Services
The biggest private event draw in this part of the San Gabriel Valley is the LA County Fair at the Fairplex in Pomona — five miles west of Azusa on Arrow Highway — which draws more than 1.2 million visitors across its September run. Parking at the Fairplex runs up to $20/day in general lots, and the McKinley Avenue approach backs up well before the gates open on weekend afternoons. A charter bus from Azusa drops your group at the fairground entrance and removes the parking equation entirely.
The same logic applies to private group outings to the Azusa Canyon recreation areas, family reunions at Citrus College's outdoor spaces, or large multi-stop itineraries across the valley. A 40–56 passenger charter bus at $1,350–$2,850/day keeps everyone on one vehicle and one timeline instead of a five-car convoy that loses half the group at the Foothill Boulevard interchange. Explore Azusa private event bus rentals or call 840-837-1590.

Azusa Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across the San Gabriel Valley — Azusa High School, Gladstone High in Covina, and Azusa Pacific's campus events — runs from mid-April through late May, and the available party buses in this corridor get thin fast once April hits. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the standard size for most Azusa prom groups, and weekend pricing for a 20-passenger party bus runs $275–$350/hour. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates come March.
Waiting is genuinely expensive here — a booking in January might land the same vehicle $75–$100/hour less than a last-minute March booking, if there's anything left at all. The Azusa prom party bus page has more on what groups typically plan, and a call to 840-837-1590 locks in your date before the window closes.

Azusa School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Azusa Unified School District field trips to destinations like the Natural History Museum of LA County (900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles), the California Science Center next door, or the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument visitor areas in the canyon north of Azusa involve a mix of 210 Freeway traffic, limited commercial vehicle access at some urban LA destinations, and the logistics of keeping a class together across multiple stops. A charter bus or minibus from the network handles the group transport in one vehicle — no carpool coordination, no lost students between parking structures.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention the requirement when requesting your quote. Citrus College in Glendora and Azusa Pacific University also regularly arrange on-campus shuttle circuits for orientation days and large campus events. The Azusa school event bus rental page has more detail, and a call to 840-837-1590 gets your group a quote fast.

Azusa Sporting Event Transportation
The two biggest sporting event runs out of Azusa are Dodger Stadium in Chavez Ravine and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood — and both come with the kind of post-game logistics that make driving yourself genuinely painful. Dodger Stadium's parking fills fast on sell-out nights, and the exit traffic on Sunset Boulevard and the 110 can hold a group for 45 minutes after the final out. SoFi's rideshare pickup queue on game days is a known post-event bottleneck, with wait times running long after Rams and Chargers home games.
A charter bus to Dodger Stadium or a SoFi Stadium group bus drops your group at the correct gate and picks everyone up at a confirmed spot when the crowd is still clearing the aisles. The Toyota Arena in Ontario — about 20 miles east — is the closer venue for indoor sports and concerts, with straightforward bus access. Check Azusa sporting event transportation or call 840-837-1590.

Azusa Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Azusa and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley are packed with wedding venues — the Hacienda at Warm Springs in Glendora, event spaces along the Foothill corridor, and vineyard-style venues in the Upland and Rancho Cucamonga wine country about 20 miles east on the 210. Coordinating guests between a hotel block in Azusa, a ceremony in Glendora, and a reception venue in Rancho Cucamonga across three separate arrival waves without a shuttle bus is how you end up with a third of your guests arriving after the first dance.
A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit for most wedding shuttle circuits — frequent runs between a hotel block and a single venue, climate control for guests in formal attire, and none of the parking cost that a downtown Pasadena reception venue would otherwise impose on guests. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party separately. The Azusa wedding shuttle page walks through typical itinerary structures.
Call 840-837-1590 to build yours.

Azusa Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The closest wine country to Azusa is the Cucamonga Valley Wine Trail — roughly 20 miles east on the 210 Freeway — which runs through Rancho Cucamonga and Upland and includes stops like Joseph Filippi Winery (12467 Base Line Rd, Rancho Cucamonga) and Galleano Winery (4231 Wineville Rd, Mira Loma). The trail is spread across surface streets between these two cities, so driving between stops yourself means someone in every car is not tasting anything — and the designated driver math never works out evenly across a group of twelve.
A Azusa winery tour bus rental stages at each stop, moves the whole group between vineyards on the trail's schedule, and gets everyone home to Azusa without anyone worrying about the 210 at the end of the night. For pub crawls through Old Town Pasadena or the Monrovia craft beer corridor on Myrtle Avenue, a 15–20 passenger party bus is a natural fit. Call 840-837-1590 to build your route.

How much does a party bus cost in Azusa?
Party bus rental prices in Azusa vary based on vehicle size, the day, how long you need the bus, and demand on your date. Planning ranges: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends.
A 40-passenger party bus runs $325–$500/hour on weekends. Charter buses generally run $200–$350/hour or $1,350–$2,850/day. These are planning ranges — fill out the form or call 840-837-1590 for a pricing estimate on your specific date in about a minute.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for an Azusa trip?
A party bus is built around the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, flat-panel TVs, and a bar area make it the right pick for celebrations, bar crawls, and prom nights where the on-board experience matters. A charter bus is built around moving a large group efficiently — up to 56 passengers, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and forward-facing reclining seats make it the right call for long hauls, corporate shuttles, school trips, and airport transfers where comfort and capacity come before atmosphere.
Can a charter bus or party bus get into the Fairplex in Pomona from Azusa?
Yes. The Fairplex at Pomona is approximately five miles west of Azusa via Arrow Highway or the 210 to the 71 South. Commercial buses use the Gate 17 approach off McKinley Avenue for most large events.
During the LA County Fair in September, vehicle entry points and preferred lot assignments can shift based on the event — check the official Fairplex website for current event-day parking and drop-off guidance before your visit, and plan to arrive before the Saturday afternoon backup on McKinley builds.
Are buses available to Coachella from Azusa?
Yes — and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is exactly the kind of event where booking a bus makes the most financial sense. The Empire Polo Club in Indio is roughly 80 miles east of Azusa via the 10 Freeway. Desert parking at Coachella runs $40–$75 per vehicle per day, rideshares surge aggressively on Friday and Sunday nights, and the 10 East backs up heavily on opening weekend.
A charter bus from Azusa to Coachella splits the cost across your whole group and eliminates the parking and rideshare math entirely. Book well ahead — Coachella weekend availability in the network fills months out.
What's the best vehicle for a small group of 10–14 people heading to a show in LA?
A Sprinter van or a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the natural fit for groups in that range. The Sprinter van is the more practical option for a corporate transfer or an airport run — clean, climate-controlled, and easy to navigate into downtown LA parking structures. The Sprinter limo steps up with premium leather and a more celebratory feel for birthday dinners, bachelorette evenings, or any night where the arrival matters.
Weekend rates run $225–$375/hour depending on the vehicle. Call 840-837-1590 to compare both on your date.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Azusa trips, three to six months ahead gives you the best vehicle selection and rate. For prom and homecoming (April–May), book by January — availability in the San Gabriel Valley tightens fast as the six-week prom window approaches. For the LA County Fair in September, Coachella weekends in April, and Rose Bowl games in January, book as soon as your date is confirmed.
The later you wait on any high-demand date, the fewer options remain and the higher the rate. Call 840-837-1590 to lock in your date today.
Popular Azusa Party Bus Destinations
Azusa sits within easy striking distance of some of Southern California's most event-heavy destinations — fairgrounds, stadiums, canyon recreation areas, and urban entertainment corridors all within 40 miles. Here are six places Azusa groups head most often, with the logistics that actually matter for planning a bus trip to each.

Fairplex at Pomona
The Fairplex (1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768) is the home of the LA County Fair — one of the largest county fairs in the United States, running across most of September — along with the Pomona Swap Meet, NHRA drag racing events at the Auto Club Dragway, and concert events at the Toyota Arena next door. General parking runs $20 on peak fair days, and the McKinley Avenue approach from the 10 Freeway backs up to the interchange on busy Saturday afternoons. A charter bus from Azusa covers the five miles west in under 15 minutes outside peak traffic and drops groups at the main gate — skipping the parking cost and the lot-walk entirely.
Gate 17 off McKinley is the standard commercial vehicle approach; confirm current event-day access on the official Fairplex site before your visit. Phone: (909) 623-3111

Toyota Arena (Ontario)
The Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is the closest indoor arena to Azusa — roughly 20 miles east on the 10 Freeway — and hosts Ontario Reign hockey, indoor football, concerts, and family shows year-round. Parking in the Ontario Center complex runs $10–$15 per vehicle, and post-event exit onto Ontario Center Parkway can stack up after sold-out shows. A party bus or minibus from Azusa drops your group at the arena entrance and handles the return trip without anyone sitting in the exit queue.
The Toyota Arena bus rental guide covers approach and drop-off specifics. Call 840-837-1590 to get pricing for your event date. Phone: (909) 244-5500

Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) holds over 56,000 fans, and on sell-out nights the parking lots — $35 for preferred, $20 for general — fill before first pitch. The sole access road into Chavez Ravine funnels all stadium traffic through a handful of choke points, and post-game exit on a Friday night can add 30–45 minutes before a car even reaches the 110 or the 5. From Azusa, that's already a 30-mile drive on the 210 West.
A group bus skips the parking cost, drops at the correct lot entry, and confirms a post-game pickup so the group isn't hunting for rides in the chaos. The Dodger Stadium charter bus guide has current drop-off and approach detail. Phone: (323) 224-1507

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) seats over 70,000 for Rams and Chargers games and hosts major stadium concerts. From Azusa, this is a roughly 37-mile drive west — through the 210 to the 605 South to the 105 West interchange, which is reliably congested on game-day afternoons. Parking in the Hollywood Park complex runs $40–$150 depending on proximity and demand.
Post-game rideshare demand in the Hollywood Park parking area is consistently reported as one of the worst in LA on sell-out nights. A charter bus from Azusa arrives at the stadium's commercial vehicle zones, holds nearby during the event, and picks the group up at a confirmed point when the crowd thins. The SoFi Stadium bus rental guide covers the full logistics picture.
Phone: (424) 541-9100

Crypto.com Arena
Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) hosts Lakers, Clippers, Kings, and Sparks games along with some of the biggest touring concert names that come through LA. Downtown LA parking near Staples Center ranges from $25 in surface lots to $50+ in adjacent garages on event nights, and those garages exit onto Figueroa Street — one of the more congested post-event corridors in the city. From Azusa, the 210 to the 110 South puts you at the arena in about 35–40 minutes outside rush hour, but add an event to that equation and count on more.
A group bus to Crypto.com Arena stages in the designated commercial drop-off zone and eliminates the parking gamble entirely. Phone: (213) 742-7100

Azusa Canyon Recreation Area
The San Gabriel Canyon — accessed via Highway 39 north of Azusa — is one of the San Gabriel Valley's most visited natural areas, with the San Gabriel Reservoir, Crystal Lake Recreation Area (about 25 miles north), and multiple trailheads serving millions of visitors per year. During summer weekends and holiday weekends, Highway 39 through the canyon narrows significantly, and the Forest Service periodically restricts access or requires an Adventure Pass for vehicle parking at day-use areas ($5/day or $30/annual). A charter bus or minibus carrying a group of 20–40 requires one Adventure Pass per vehicle rather than one per car — a meaningful cost reduction for a large group outing — and keeps the group together on a road where cell service cuts out fast.
Confirm current access and permit requirements with the Angeles National Forest before your visit.
